The Bearders go trekking in Slovenia

The epic tale of the Bearder family's journey across the Slovene high level route from Trizic to Lake Bohinj. Staying first at the delightful Roblekovdom na Begunjscici with with its incredible views over lake Bled and the Julian Alps. Then across the scree that falls from the Begunjscica ridge to the summit of Stol at 2236m. From there through the thick fog to Koca na Golici with its incredible view of Triglav. From there the intrepid explorers ventured down into the beautiful alpine village of Dovje, in the upper Sava valley. They enjoyed a days rest before following the river to Aljazev dom. From there it was onto Trenta and down the Soca Valley over a few more hills not mentioned in the guide book and ending up at the splendid Lake Bohnij. All alive and well.
