Christian Stangl - Triple Seven Summits

Christian Stangl: The Austrian alpinist Christian Stangl has become the first person to successfully climb the Triple Seven Summits, the three highest mountains on each of the seven continents.

While there are now many who have climbed the so-called Seven Summits, the highest mountains on each continent, only one man, Christian Stangl, to date has climbed all the second highest, (Second Seven Summits) and also all the third highest.(Third Seven Summits)
The Austrian alpinist has been certified by Guinness Book of World Records in London September 17th 2013. His record will appear in the printed version "2015 edition" in September 2014!
