A hidden gem tucked away above the Col des Aravis, the Arete a Marion is a lovely alpine rock ridge in a wild and beautiful setting. The route takes 3-4 hours from the road and involves rock pitches up to 4, with an overall grade of AD. It can be climbed either in big boots, approach shoes or rock shoes - depending on how confident you are!
