Nature and our existence as humans are intrinsically linked and the stories of our moments of connection to nature are powerful. It’s these moments of connection that are so rewarding, so impactful, and so important to preserve. Mountain Minded is a podcast that explores the stories of women and their relationship with the mountains. Narratives are explored surrounding the intersectionality of climate action and mental health and the hope is that you walk away from this podcast with a new perspective toward your environment.
